You are not alone!

Anxiety is a physical and mental state of negative expectations. The hallmarks of anxiety are fear, worry, and dread. When an individual is anxious, they are also likely to experience an increase in arousal, apprehension, and distressing worry. It can also activate multiple body systems in response to the real or imagined danger. Anxiety can affect people at any age.

Experiencing high-level anxiety and/or having panic attacks can be overwhelming, exhausting, and draining. You may have even noticed how anxiety magnifies only the bad things. Even if you do not have high-level anxiety or panic attacks, experiencing a moderate level of anxiety can negatively impact your life. Life is too short to allow anxiety to rob you of peace and happiness and prevent you from fully enjoying your life!
